Office Hours— Monday-Friday 9 am-1 pm, Additional hours by appointment
How long is the lease?
Initial term is 2 months and then month to month. If you pay for 12 months in advance, you will receive the 13th month free.
What are your payment options?
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, or monthly automatic billing on most major credit cards.
What is climate controlled?
Our clean, climate controlled units maintain a temperature that helps protect your stored belongings from the negative effects of extreme hot and cold.
What kind of security do you have?
We have a 24-hour state-of-the-art, internal and external digital surveillance system, as well as unique proximity card access.
Can you receive packages on my behalf?
Yes. For example: if you are a pharmaceutical representative, drop ship your products or samples to our facility and we will place them in our secure temporary holding unit for your convenience.
What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid driver's license and credit card
Do you sell boxes?
We sell a variety of moving boxes and packing material at the office.
Do I need insurance?
You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self storage insurance. We provide new tenants with a brochure from one of these companies. Insurance is the tenant's responsibility.
